Implemented in collaboration with the
Museum of Nature and Man in Khanty-
Mansiysk, this exhibition presents the ancient
stories and culture of the Finno-Ugric Khanty
people. This ethnological exhibition offers
a unique opportunity to learn about the
Khanty, their artefacts and culture and features
fascinating stories about the link between
humans, animals and nature. Together with
the original articles of the Khanty, the stories
of the Holy Dog Cape, the Island of Seven
Bears and the War of Animals and Birds allow
you to delve into the unique history of the Ob-
Ugrian peoples’ history, life and mythology.
