Saimaa area and St. Petersburg as well as the destinations of Athens and Milan.
From the Sandcastle, which is celebrating its handsome age, can be spotted also
familiar sculpture characters from the previous years and the spirit of the
FIFA World Cup, also played in neighboring St Petersburg.
Lasting favorites, like the little train, the carousel and the bouncing castle
entertain children. There are also miniature golf, rentable bikes, kayaks,
canoes, SUP-boards and rowing boats. In the Sandcastle, there is also a sand
chapel where devotions are held through the whole summer. In addition to all
this, there is a tourist info, a café and an ice cream kiosk at the Sandcastle.
